Refratechnik offers everyone room to grow, and Bikash is no exception. He works as a Senior Financial Accountant for QMAG Queensland Magnesia in Australia, which is part of the Refratechnik Group. QMAG mines, processes and supplies magnesia products as a raw material for our refractory products and for many other industries. While the big machines extract and process magnesite outside, Bikash makes sure the numbers add up behind the scenes — creating a reliable foundation on which the entire company is built.
His journey began far from Australia. In 2016, Bikash came from Nepal to complete his Master’s degree — the start of a defining professional and personal journey. Today, he is a Chartered Accountant. After a first role in public practice, he moved into industry and found his place at QMAG. He joined five years ago as a Junior Financial Accountant and has grown step by step alongside his team.
